Fire Commissioners
The District is served by 3 fire Commissioners. Each Commissioner serves a 6 year term and is elected by the populous of the District they service. The Commissioners oversee the business of the District, primarily making sure the District finances are in order. They also hire the District fire chief.

District 1 Commissioners meet regularly twice per month, each time at 7pm. Occassionally they will have a special meeting that is advertised via the press and this web site.
